The Festival included performances by leading sportsmen-members of participating Federations together with popular pop-singers and bands. During the festival, the Taekwondo Federation of Tajikistan used the opportunity to collect more than 500 signatures of participants and visitors of festival in a frame of SAY NO – UNiTe campaign.

In 2009, the National Taekwondo Federation led the 16 Days of activism against violence against women campaign in Tajikistan in cooperation with UN WOMEN, WHO, UNAIDS and UNFPA. After this, the Federation considered and announced its actions undertaken in 2009 as its contribution to the UN Secretary-General UNiTE campaign. The Tajik Taekwondo Federation also took decision to promote the objectives of UN SG/UN WOMEN campaign Say NO-UNiTE in Tajikistan and other countries. Therefore, the festival has become a part of the Federation Say NO-UNiTE work plan for 2010.
