We are a chapter of the Canadian Committee for UN WOMEN. We held our 7th Annual Meeting in October, with the theme of "Get Cross - Stop Rape Now", uploading photos from this meeting. We are now planning our 6th annual Local to Global, with the theme: Take Action: End Violence Against Women, for March 23rd, with all funds going to the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women - particularly Indigenous women. Our current project is holding a Global Violence Audit on November 29th, 2011.
