It was a first time when the representatives of more than 70 non-governmental organizations, governmental bodies and political parties from Kazakhstan gathered in Astana to discuss in informal atmosphere the most actual issues of modern society and CSO development. By words of its organizer, the Civic Alliance of Kazakhstan, the main objective of Astana SocialCamp was to give new impetus to the development of public sector and presentation of the basic trends of its work over the next three years.
