UN WOMEN Bosnia and Herzegovina Project Office has launched Call for Competition of photo essays and short stories for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence (GBV) Campaign 2011.

Participants are invited to use their imagination and send photos essays or short stories that embody the concepts of equality and respect for women and girls. Up to 16 young winners will be selected to attend a two day workshop and afterwards each of them will develop one page of the 16 DAY eBook-Youth Say No to Violence! for 2011. Additionally, the two best ones will receive a grant to start working on a creative project to end violence against women and girls in year 2012.
