To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Parliament of Finland posted a press release on its website, a commentary on How the Parliaments can act to stop violence against women by Ms. Katri Komi, MP, Chairperson of the Finnish Inter-Parliamentary Group, and distributed the press release widely in the print media in Finland.
