One of the most horrible kinds of violence committed against women (and men), girls (and boys) is modern day slavery. Everyday in many countries of the world, people are trafficked into forced labour and sexual slavery, some younger than 10 years old.  We can’t allow this anymore. We need to offer better ways for victims of trafficking and abuse to find help, and we must provide the public with information to report these atrocities if they encounter them. We need a platform in which organizations from all over the world can participate in addressing these issues.

Keeping this in mind, Lamont Hiebert (co-founder of Love 146 http://love146.org/  an international organization working to abolish child sex slavery and exploitation.) decided to create an initiative we can all participate in. By spreading this information we will increase the opportunities for victims to be helped.

As a part of this initiative, there’s a music video called “Fragile” in which Lamont sings about such conditions: http://www.itsnotmyfault.org/watch-the-video in this video we can feel their fears, their hopes getting away from them, their sad faces fighting to have a little bit of peace. He sings “you are fragile and afraid,” and we ask who can save them now???? We respond: “All of us!”
