FENOMENA is nonprofit association from Kraljevo. Fenomena arisen as a result of recognizing the discrimination of women in society and in private sphere. Activists of the association perceive the problem of discrimination as social phenomenon and not only as personal problem of an individual. Our opinion is that all forms of discrimination, specially it’s most recognized consequence – poverty, is the result of different accumulated discrimination processes through the history, happening today as well.

All of our activities are directed towards life quality’s improvement of women in Kraljevo, and consequently of the local community.

This aim we achieve through constant education and informing of the local population, starting up of new programs and services specifically dedicated to women, improvement of existing programs within town and state institutions.
