Bulawayo Youth Empowerment Trust (BYET) is a non profit and non denominational organization which uses the Integrated Youth Development (IYD) approach to empower and enhance the leadership potential of young people in Zimbabwe, enabling them to be part of efforts directed towards the reconstruction and future development of their country.

We seek to create a just and equitable society for all, free from all forms of imbalances, and where the youth are in control of their own lives and actively contribute towards the development of Zimbabwe.

Our holistic approach of looking at all the aspects of a young person’s life (spiritual, emotional, physical, social and intellectual) is aimed at developing programmes that will achieve sustainable growth for young people and help in the identification and subsequent creation of empowerment opportunities that will enable them to be self reliant and actualize and fulfill their potential.
